Faites griller les tomates, c\u00f4t\u00e9s coup\u00e9s vers le bas, sans y toucher, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient carbonis\u00e9es, 2 \u00e0 3 minutes (l&#8217;objectif est de carboniser la surface de la tomate sans cuire l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirez du gril et assaisonnez de poivre frais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupez les feuilles de basilic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placez la burrata sur une assiette et la d\u00e9chirer en deux pour lib\u00e9rer le caill\u00e9 cr\u00e9meux. Disposez les moiti\u00e9s de tomates grill\u00e9es de part et d&#8217;autre du fromage et parsemer de basilic. (Variante&nbsp;: il est aussi possible de disposer l&#8217;ensemble sur une tartine de pain que vous aurez pr\u00e9alablement grill\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrosez l\u2019ensemble d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et de vinaigre balsamique, puis, saupoudrez de fleur de sel.
