Cet am\u00e9ricain <strong>a \u00e9galement remport\u00e9 la cat\u00e9gorie des ribs<\/strong>, ce qui lui permet d&#8217;empocher deux ch\u00e8ques d&#8217;un montant total de 39 000$ (soit pr\u00e8s de 35 000\u20ac)&nbsp;!<br><br>Il faut dire que Heath Riles n&#8217;en \u00e9tait pas \u00e0 son coup d&#8217;essai, puisque bien qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse de sa premi\u00e8re victoire au concours g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, <strong>il d\u00e9croche ici le titre de meilleurs ribs pour la troisi\u00e8me fois en quatre ans<\/strong>.<br><br>Organis\u00e9 du 14 au 17 mai, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement officieux (il n&#8217;existe pas de championnat du monde officiel) qui <strong>c\u00e9l\u00e9brait cette ann\u00e9e sa 47e \u00e9dition<\/strong> a rassembl\u00e9 <strong>plus de 150 \u00e9quipes<\/strong>. Les comp\u00e9titeurs ont mis leur savoir-faire \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9preuve dans les cat\u00e9gories suivantes&nbsp;: <strong>ribs<\/strong>, <strong>\u00e9paule<\/strong>, <strong>porc entier<\/strong>, <strong>poissons et fruits mer<\/strong>, <strong>recettes exotique<\/strong>, ainsi qu&#8217;une s\u00e9rie de cat\u00e9gories secondaires allant des ailes \u00e0 la sauce barbecue, en passant par d&#8217;autres sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s fum\u00e9es ou grill\u00e9es.
